Hearing impairment

The cash desk and cloakroom are equipped with a magnetic induction loop so that any visitor with a hearing aid can communicate easily with museum staff.
At the reception desk, staff trained in sign language (LSF) are identified by a badge.

Audiophones with magnetic induction loops are available to borrow free of charge for people with a hearing impairment.
